0205 INST - NPA ON NOTICE TO ALL CARRIER AND MARITIME AGENT ON CARGO TRACKING NOTE (CTN)

This is to inform all shippers that effective 1st March 2010 the Container Tracking Note (CTN) is part of the documentation requirement of the Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA) for all shipments to/from Nigeria. The implementation is in line with International Maritime Organization (IMO) requirements as per Federal Executive Council (FEC) of Nigeria and NPA. more
